ATLAS® VAN LINES NAMES 2024 MILTON M. HILL QUALITY AWARD WINNERS

EVANSVILLE, IND. – (Nov.20, 2024) – Atlas® Van Lines, one of the nation’s leading moving companies, announces today it has named 53 of its esteemed moving agents as recipients of the annual Milton M. Hill Quality Award. This award is the ultimate mark of distinction for Atlas® movers, and those who earn it rank among “the best of the best” in the industry.

Agents who are honored with the Milton M. Hill Quality Award have demonstrated their quality performance by passing all the criteria set forth in the Atlas World-Class Commitment Program, which mandates a quarterly assessment of each moving company in 12 critical areas, including customer satisfaction, estimating accuracy, and claims experience.

To qualify, each company must serve as an Atlas Agent for the full Convention year and have a combined booker/hauler revenue of at least $1 million. In addition, each company’s facility must receive a rating of 5 out of 5 and earn the Hauling Excellence Award, which recognizes movers who handle a significant amount of household goods volume, maintain excellence in their operations, and receive at least a 90% favorable response from customers who would use the mover’s services again.

This esteemed award was established in 1996 in honor of the late Milton M. Hill of Alexander's Mobility Services, an Atlas Van Lines Agent. Hill was known for his renowned customer service which set many standards in the industry. This year’s recipients were presented the award at the 77th Annual Atlas World Group Convention in Phoenix, Arizona.
