I am writing to thank you for assigning Robert Messmer and his crew to move the Taylor’s household goods from Washington to California. As you know, the Taylor’s are personal friends of mine and a good job needed to be done. You sent the best crew–I was impressed from the start. Bob kept me informed of anything out of the ordinary and was very knowledgeable on packing items securely and safely. He mentored his crew with compassion and even bought them lunch. The entire crew was very professional and got the job done without using foul language, nothing being broken, and no dents in the walls. Also, I was very impressed with the floor protection which worked wonderfully as it was a rainy day–imagine that in Washington! Again, thank you for bringing every- thing together for the Taylor’s and should I ever have to move, you can bet I will ask for Bob and his crew.

I would like to relay my sincere gratitude to your company, and in particular, two of your employees. My mother, who is chronically ill, took a turn for the worse necessitating an emergency trip by me to Seattle. I found that it was imperative to bring her to California to live with me. I was referred to your company, specifically Erin, to assist with the relocation. My first contact with Erin was pleasant and she scheduled an estimator to come out the next day. The move was scheduled four days later. Erin was instrumental in putting it all together. Joe Covey arrived on moving day with his helpers. These men were incredibly efficient, cheerful and careful with my mom’s lifelong possessions. But most importantly, they were very kind to my mom, realizing what a traumatic situation this was for her. The trailer was loaded in no time and they were on their way. While on the road, Joe kept me posted on arrival time since I had planned on meeting him at the storage facility. It is apparent he truly enjoys what he does. Joe and Erin are valuable assets to your company. They turned a stressful and overwhelming task into a pleasant relief. I will always receive my highest recommendation.
