As a Navy veteran of 19 years and 8 permanent changes of station moves, my wife and I feel compelled to write you about what we consider without a doubt to be the best move we’ve experienced. While I’m sure there were more than a few people hard at work behind the scenes, I specifically would like to mention a few we came in contact with: Andy did an exceptional job packing and annotating each and every box. He and the rest of the crew including Bob, Tony, Matt and Ken treated our household goods as if they were their own. As a result of their diligence in packing and loading, NOT ONE item was broken or damaged. To top it off, Bruce and his helper did a phenomenal job directing the on-load, off-load and the drive in between. Professional and personable, they are the very best representatives your company could ask for. The two assistants on the delivery end were some of the hardest working unpackers I’ve ever seen. Their boundless energy under the expert lead of Bruce and his helper led to a 7.5 hour download of over 20,000 pounds with no damage to goods or home. Throughout the move, it was more than evident that your crew took great pride in their work and genuinely cared about a successful outcome. My wife and I simply could not have been more impressed.
