I would like to relay my sincere gratitude to your company, and in particular, two of your employees. My mother, who is chronically ill, took a turn for the worse necessitating an emergency trip by me to Seattle. I found that it was imperative to bring her to California to live with me. I was referred to your company, specifically Erin, to assist with the relocation. My first contact with Erin was pleasant and she scheduled an estimator to come out the next day. The move was scheduled four days later. Erin was instrumental in putting it all together. Joe Covey arrived on moving day with his helpers. These men were incredibly efficient, cheerful and careful with my mom’s lifelong possessions. But most importantly, they were very kind to my mom, realizing what a traumatic situation this was for her. The trailer was loaded in no time and they were on their way. While on the road, Joe kept me posted on arrival time since I had planned on meeting him at the storage facility. It is apparent he truly enjoys what he does. Joe and Erin are valuable assets to your company. They turned a stressful and overwhelming task into a pleasant relief. I will always receive my highest recommendation.

Don clearly went the extra mile while packing and driving our belongings to make sure everything was done right. I also wanted to thank Mrs. Terry Taylor for her great work in estimating our costs and scheduling our move. She started things off on the right foot and was always available to answer our questions.
