I recently had the opportunity to use your company during a move from Burleson, TX to Hayseville, KS. From the very beginning to the end, I found people who were completely dedicated to customer service. Please let them know that you wouldn't be able to have the company you have without them!! During all my years of working, I've seen over and over again that the "higher ups" forget how very important their employees are to helping them grow their business! It seems you may understand that in some level as I found several of your employees who have worked there for years. Please, please recognize and reward these people! My rewarding experience started with a phone call - I was happily helped by Sheila Webb - next I had the pleasure of meeting and working with Jim Swan. Without saying anything, both of these people seemed to understand that I needed some help as soon as they could arrange to get me loaded and "out of there." Next on the scene, Chris Mitchelle and his crew, arrived. (She had 2 other men with him and I don't remember their names, but please acknowledge them as well!) They all made that loading day a breeze with their kindness, their expertise, and their hard work. I was thrilled when I knew that Chris Mitchell would be delivering my goods to Kansas. Without a doubt his dedication to doing the best job he knows how is very evident. I also had the opportunity to speak with another female in the office when Sheila was out - I didn't "get" her name but she was also very helpful as was Nemo when I spoke with him. Please reward all these wonderful people. They so deserve to know how valuable they are to your company!

I would like to take the time to inform you about the exemplary packing and moving job that your employees Jim Hutchinson, Robert Lee and Delbert McNeil performed during my move from El Paso to Big Bend National Park, Texas. All three of these gentlemen exhibited a concern for the value of my household goods and went the extra mile to ensure that fragile items received adequate protection and extra attention. Achieving this goal wasn’t easy. My El Paso apartment was upstairs and my furniture is large and bulky. While there was certainly reason to complain periodically, I did not witness Jim, Robert or Delbert display any form of frustration during the packing, loading or unloading process. This made me feel more relieved to know that my worldly goods were in the right hands- hands that belonged to professional movers who exhibited respect for the possessions of others. Inevitably, employees are reflections of their bosses. I commend you for selecting the right people to do the job- people who outwardly enjoy their chosen profession; people who take pride in their performance and behavior- for their employer’s sake of reputation and that of their own. Finally, please extend my genuine appreciation to Jim, Robert and Delbert for making my move to Big Bend National Park so successful and stress-free.
