Wilber and I wish to thank you and your company for the friendly, efficient manner in which you took care of the details of our move to Idaho. You brought us boxes and paper to wrap our dishes and that was a great help. Rich, Daniel and Steve did a magnificent job of loading and stacking the boxes and furniture. We also had fun while having lunch together. This was a rather stressful, traumatic time in our lives, but you all made it easier. Thank you all.

Numerous times during the last several months, I’ve wanted to write this letter, but between our move and new jobs, life has been hectic. However, I hope my tardiness doesn’t diminish the message my wife and I would like to convey. Namely, that Ron, Neil and Dave are the best moving team with whom we have ever worked. First, Ron would always make himself available when we called, and he quickly and successfully responded to the many issues that came up before, during and after the move. His calm demeanor is refreshing at stressful times, and his problem solving helped us out many times. Neil and Dave are very customer- focused as well. Their style is friendly, upbeat, hard working and responsive, with a can-do attitude. Their packing and unpacking was done with great care. Neil especially sets the tone for his team that professionalism, care and customer service are hallmarks of their work. Ron and Neil go the extra mile for their clients. We have been disappointed in our three previous long-distance moves. We never thought we would rate a moving team as excellent, when others never reached average. This team earned an excellent rating. Probably, the best comment we could make is that when we move again, we will only move with this team if they are willing and able.

We relocated from Albuquerque, NM to Idaho Falls, ID and Interwest Atlas was the mover contracted by the relocation company. We had a 1800 square foot house and a car to transport. Interwest would be doing the pack and load and then delivery to our home in ID. Communications were always clear and we were kept in the loop the entire time. The day before the pack and load, Americo called and let me know how the day would go. He was friendly and professional and assured me everything would go smoothly. His team arrived at the designated time and got down to work. The entire team was friendly and skilled at what they did. I have never seen a crew work so efficiently, always taking care and respecting our belongings. The pack and load took 2 days. A month later, once we closed on our home in ID, I worked with Kylie to schedule a team to deliver. On the designated day, the team arrived and they were just as efficient and friendly as the load team. They were more than helpful to locate our belongings in the right places. Again, the team worked hard and were done in about 4 hours. Once we unpacked, we let Kylie know and Interwest came and picked up the packing materials. I simply cannot say enough about how good the experience was. Moving is disruptive but Interwest took a lot out of the worry out of the process. Kylie was amazing helping coordinate the entire effort. All of our belongings arrive safe and sound. No breakage, no lost boxes. I wish all things in life went this well!
