Now that our move from New York to Pennsylvania is complete, I would like to sincerely thank you and your people for a job well done. My wife and I were very pleased with the great cooperation that we received, as well as the spirit in which the move was handled. Many thanks to Marietta Wells. We were impressed with her attitude and commitment, and we knew that we could depend on her to get our furniture moved to our new location in the proper manner. She did her job well. Our driver, Marshall, sets very high standards for himself. He is certainly a customer service person who believes in providing exceptional quality service for his customers. He showed great concern with the proper handling of our possessions, and he did a fine job supervising the crew who did the loading and unloading of the truck. He was at our location at the exact time that was agreed upon, and he arrived at our destination at the exact time scheduled. You are very fortunate to have Marshall on your team. The rest of the crew who helped Marshall did an exceptional job with wrapping and unwrapping our furniture, handling it in a safe manner, and in placing it where we asked in our new home. They were real professionals and we enjoyed working with them. What more can we say other than thank you very much! You exceeded our expectations and we will certainly recommend you to anyone we know who might have the opportunity to move.

Jose was delayed because of traffic congestion on I-77 but he phoned to tell us. The local man had arrived one half hour before. I must say that I was exceedingly pleased with both ends of the move. The packing was done and labelled. The Mount Vernon packers were polite and asked frequent questions abut what was to be packed and so on. The loading was very quick. The unloading today was very professional. The three of them worked non-stop from 10am until nearly 4pm. This included carrying 41 boxes of books up 17 stairs to the second floor!. Everything was assembled and placed where we wanted. The master bedroom rug nudged up against the bedroom door and this took the three of them at least 20 minutes to correct because of the bed and dressers on the rug. they adjusted it at least twice to meet our satisfaction. All in all I was very happy with the move. From the estimate through your help with forms and dates (and a great sense of humor) to the professionalism of Jose and both crews. As far as I can tell I see nothing kicked or scratched. Not all the cartons have been opened but so far I give 5 stars and my unreserved endorsement.
