We received a delivery by your company of our major furniture shipment from our company, Saudi Aramco, in Saudi Arabia. Everything was processed through customs clearance in a very efficient manner, and the shipment arrived in perfect order. I wish to thank you for your part in this shipment. I particularly want to thank Mr. Tim Kallaher and his crew for their efficient handling of our shipment. They were professional, cheerful and careful. We don’t have a single complaint, but rather hope that you will pass the compliments on to Mr. Kallaher and the men working with him. Frankly, I hope we don’t have to make any other major moves. It is a lot of work. I will, however, convey to our company our assessment of the quality of your work. Thank you again.
