We moved from West Bloomfield, Michigan to Newmarket, Ontario, Canada and had a tremendous success; all due to a few members of you team. Our previous move with another company proved to be an unpleasant experience and ultimately complicated and expensive. This time, there were a fabulous team of movers. I cannot say enough about them. Lenny Angel, who was the driver and “leader” was so helpful and great. Kevin Vaugisan, Jason Nickerson, and Matt Hennessey were the best. All men were professional, extremely careful, polite and worked incredibly hard. They all were wonderful. I have three small children who didn’t always keep out of the way and these men were so kind and considerate to them. You should be proud to have such outstanding workers as part of your company. We were happy to have them in our homes and participating in what was an emotional time for my family. My sincere thanks to Lenny, Kevin, Matt and Jason and congratulations on a job remarkably done.

I wanted to tell you about an amazing experience I had using your company to move us from California to Indiana. I have heard the horror stories about things going wrong, showing up late and broken stuff when people move long distances. We did NOT have these issues but actually had a very smooth and inspiring move provided by your company and Dan Snyder, our driver. The communication was flawless from Dan's first call and text to me. Our whole family was on vacation when the move started and this communication put us at ease while not being at home to oversee the move. We came home and found that they had picked up everything we had asked and left what we had asked them to leave. The place was in good order and with a little clean up, we were ready to sell the house. The professionalism on how we were treated both by your staff and also Dan and his crew (James and John), was impressive. As a matter of fact I will try to replicate this work quality myself. I was treated with respect and with integrity. The unpacking in Indiana was above par also. They had things in the right rooms fast and without incidence. We anticipated that we would have to stay in a hotel for over a week, but because of Dan's organization, we only had to stay there for 3 nights and were able to move into our home. As we unpack I find that there is nothing missing and nothing broken. My wife and the whole family are impressed. I am not a person who usually takes the time to give good feedback, but I think that Dan Snyder's behavior deserves it I hope you have many people like Dan. It is people like him I would want to help me complete difficult tasks as moving across the country is. Thank you for sending me a good one. Please tell Dan thank you again (I told him many times).
