We moved from New York to South Carolina and we can’t say enough about how fantastic our moving experience was. We had been cautioned by everyone that moving was a terrible experience. However, our experience was just the opposite. Steve Layton was our driver. He showed up on time and was polite, professional, helpful and very personable. The pick up was performed in record time and Steve even explained every form we signed. He then gave us his contact information and told us when we could expect delivery. We very much appreciated that. As promised, Steve called us the night before delivery and arrived on time the next morning. He negotiated a difficult entry into the apartment complex, parked in an impossible spot, and began delivery. The whole process took less time that we ever anticipated, and again, he was professional and helpful. Thanks to everyone at Mabey’s Moving & Storage. You changed our bad image of what a move is like into a wonderful memory. Whenever we’re asked by our friends back home, we’ll always recommend Mabey’s and tell them to ask for Steve.

We have recently wrapped up a move through Verizon where we were assigned Samantha Dietz to represent your moving company. I wanted to take this opportunity to tell you what an incredible employee you have and what a value she is to your company. In today’s world, attention to customer service seems to be something of the past. This is not the case with Samantha. I never felt as though I was a bother or that I needed to be afraid to disturb her. This is our fourth move in ten years with Verizon and I have never had a moving company do such a great job with us. Because of Samantha, I leave with an awesome opinion of your company and I hope you too appreciate what an outstanding job she does representing you.
