I am writing to tell you about my recent positive experience with Atlas Van Lines. I know that most people write only when their experience is negative, so I wanted you to know how pleased I was with the service received from Michael, a driver with Crofutt & Smith, and his assistant. My husband and I recently relocated from Lisle, IL to Menifee, CA. We found Mike and his assistant to be professional, pleasant, helpful and informative during our move. In addition to treating our personal belongings with care (especially some very fragile collections), Mike was sensitive to our feelings and concerns throughout the process and helped make our move less stressful and more pleasant. I wanted to share these thoughts with you and tell you that I would highly recommend Mike to anyone considering a long-distance move in the future.

I want to say thanks for the efforts Andy and Don put forth in getting my move done in the time frame I had asked for. What was thought to be the most stressful part of our relocation turned out to be the easiest and most pleasurable. From the moment Don and his crew pulled up to my house in Oak Forest, Illinois until they left Brookfield, Connecticut, we felt at ease. They treated all of our belongings as if they were their own. Every item in the house was meticulously packed in boxes and carefully loaded into the truck. Don is a fine man who take pride in his work and expects nothing less from his crew. It was a real pleasure seeing that he knew what he was doing and had control at all times. I pray for continued success for him.
