Dear Mary Anne, Judy, and the entire Weleski Team, We would like to acknowledge the excellent service you provided for our son, Michael. Those of you who were working with us on the front end of this move would readily admit that is was complicated, with such things as unknown destination, changing destination, difficult time frame for packing and delivery, and a very small window of time for preparation. All the details were always handled with the utmost professionalism, and also with kindness and a great amount of patience. The delivery date worked out beautifully, and we would like to thank everyone for helping to make it happen that way! It made a world of difference to us! The movers, Todd and Dave, were on time, courteous and very helpful. Post-delivery, we thought we had lost a very important item of significant emotional value. We were able to contact Todd through the Saturday answering service, and he assured us that he would go through any packing materials to look for it. It was, in the end, not necessary for him to do so, as we discovered the item carefully packed in some clothing. We do want you to know how much we appreciated his personal service! It was obvious that he cared. Mary Anne and Judy were excellent and consistently patient and thoughtful with every request and all the attendant changes that arose. They certainly deserve recognition for their excellent service! They must be very valuable to your company! Please know that we were very happy with every aspect of an experience we had no real prior knowledge of, and would use your company in the future without hesitation. Hello, I just wanted to take a minute and acknowledge one of your drivers who I encountered today. My son's bus stop is on a pretty busy Route 11 North in Chambersburg, PA. At least once a week, someone blows right past the red flashing lights and stop sign on his bus while it is stopped. As a mother, it is heartbreaking to see drivers being so careless when it comes to the safety of children. This morning at 8:33 when he got on the bus, one of your trucks was approaching and I watched as the truck slowed down a considerable distance away from the stop and the driver even used his four-way flashers. It might not seem like a big deal to most people, but it was to me. That driver took the time to ensure that my child could safely climb on his bus this morning. I hope you can figure out from my description who it was to acknowledge him and thank him. I know many people are quick to complain when they feel something is wrong, but I wanted to take the time to acknowledge someone doing something right.
